The Industrial Effectiveness Program
(IEP) is a matching grants program
made available to qualified NYS-based
manufacturing firms and industry
groups that have competitive problems
and whose management/labor are
committed to making the changes
necessary for long-term viability.
IEP project assistance is available
for:
* Productivity assessments--to
identify problems and implement
solutions for increasing productivity
and competitiveness; and,
* Feasibility studies--to evaluate
the potential for local buyouts
by employees or management for
corporate restructurings or turnarounds.
